Sequoia 15.1 NOTES app keeps opening up

(Sequoia 15.1) All of a sudden, over the last couple of days, NOTES keeps opening. It's like it is possessed. I close it, walk away from the computer (Mini M2 Pro if it matters) a few minutes later NOTES is opened to it's main screen with the list of all notes. It is NOT enabled in SYSTEM "OPEN AT LOGIN" or by right-clicking the icon. NOTHING has changed on the computer.

Any ideas?
