I just had a quick question. If Apple were to replace the logic board on your computer, does the Serial Number change.

No. I've had two changed. They program the S/N in. Your Ethernet/Wifi/Bluetooth MAC address will change however.

No, it does not. Part of the replacement process involves the use of software tools to update the system board's VPD with your unit's serial number.
