Series 2 Not Delivering 9/16

SS series 2 42mm white sport band delivers on 30th Sept, Grrrr. Problem is every gen 1 fecker has millions of bands already so all going for the "cheapest" ss upgrade 
I got the Ceramic watch and it said Sept 16 when I ordered it, but now my email says 6-8 days with the dates of the 26-28. Kind of sucks since it says it would be here on the 16th. On well I guess.
sorry, but should have woke up earlier and had it all set up on your apple store app. I used apple pay on my saved favorites and was done in about 2-3 minutes simply because my eyes had to adjust. Sucks waking up early but if you really want something....
Don't think it was "low" but I do think that a lot of people like my bought the sport last year in hopes that it would be a good product. Now with os3 being awesome and the watch getting needed improvements I think people are springing for the higher spec'd watches. I sprung for the Black SS with link this year in hopes that I can use the link for generations to come and just buy the cheaper black SS with leather or sport band or whatever and have the link polished once a year or so to keep it fresh.
good luck with that! I was able to find a sport last year in store and was there right at open. I think you may be able to land one of your choice if your there waiting in line at open because don't forget the iPhones are dropping on the same day.
Bestbuy is showing shipping on the 16th - you guys think it's worth cancelling apple and ordering from there?
That's the one I got in gold and got a delivery for the 16th. I wanted the 38mm but got a delivery of a week later. Hope I like it since I have small wrists

Nope, I am guessing they are just putting the release date, not the actual date based on inventory
I think that's what I'm going to try to do as well. Problem is the apple store will be jammed up with iPhone folk.
my phone is set to deliver on 09/23 I may just pick it up the day before or after so I'm sure in a few weeks they will be good to go
I ordered an iPhone 7 and watch series 2 SS with a white sports band around 8:02am (GMT) using the Apple Store app and it says in the email they'll both be delivered by the 16th - half of this stuff is just luck and the other half is how quick you are I think, so many people all trying to get what they want at the same time, milliseconds can make the difference between a launch delivery and a week delay.
That said its the same every year, the dates sort themselves out and people that are told they've missed the original launch still end up getting theirs on time, there is always hope, because of increased orders due to demand and cancellations, it's a big cooling off period between now and the 16th for people to cancel and bump other people up the list.

Crazy - when I checked at about 45 minutes after the store opened the ceramic was showing "unavailable". Then hours later it showed November for me. I wonder if they underestimated the demand for ceramic or if that's truly supply limited.

I was up at 3am EST, had the desired watch (silver aluminum with the pearl nylon band) and my ship date is still Oct. 3-7.

I love the white but I'm so unsure about how metal bands/lugs will look with it. How are you planning on wearing it and mixing it with different bands?
Well since I already have the first watch in SS, I am going to try my Hermès single tour with it and see on the SS lugs with it. I also have the light blue LL (the original band I got with the SS) which has not lugs that I think will look good with it. Might buy the Milanese loop in black with it. Crossing my finger that the SS life look good. If not I think I might return it because the Hermès is my favorite band and it looks so freaking good. I couldn't justify a watch that I could not wear that band with.
