Series 3 battery life?

In the past couple of days my Series 3 battery life has dropped dramatically and I haven't changed it in any way or installed anything new. My dad's watch is fine. Anyone else noticed a difference recently?

As always with anything like this, restart your watch in case an app is using more battery than it should

If the above does not work, try un-pairing your watch from your phone and then re-pair and see if that helps.
