Series 4 to Series 7. Better Haptics?

Half considering upgrading as my battery just barely lasts me a day. I recall one of the bigger disappointments about the S4 was that the haptics were weaker than the previous generations. Have the haptics improved?

I think the haptics are not only better than S4, which honestly I don't clearly remember, but better than S6. I use the watch as an alarm and I think the vibration is a noticeable bit stronger on S7.
