Series 4 WiFi Calling?

I had the toggle to enable WiFi Calling on my S2, this isn’t there on my S4, is this because it’s a cellular version with a plan set up?

I think that's correct... I have a Series 4 LTE, but haven't activated LTE and still see the "Wi-Fi Calling" switch in the watch app under the "Phone" settings, so assuming it automatically goes away once LTE is configured.
