Question for those of you that have the Nike version. I'm considering going with this version, but I have a specific question before I choose. Regarding the Nike watch faces and Nike Run Club app (question is more about the watch faces and complications).

With the Nike watch face complications, do you still have the full freedom to choose which complications are shown? In other words, you're not stuck with the Nike Run Club complication on every single watch face, without the ability to turn it off, because it's the Nike edition Apple Watch (?).

I don't mind having the Nike Run Club app on the watch ... that doesn't bother me (and I'm of the understanding that you can't get rid of it ayway) ... my concern is more with what I could be "stuck with" looking at on this watch because it's sspecial edition.

Any feedback would be appreciated - thanks!

All the regular (non Nike) watch faces work just as they would on a regular Apple Watch. You can choose whether or not you want to see the Nike complication on the faces. Or were you asking specifically about the Nike faces?

I'm asking specifically about the Nike watch faces - can you still completely customize those, or is there a complication that's always on there that you can't get rid of? I keep seeing the Nike "swoosh" symbol on some of the Nike watch faces and just wanna make sure you can switch that off. There's another thing I keep seeing on the Nike watch faces that says "Running Today?" ... but I think that maybe the NikeRun Club complication(?).

You can uninstall the Nike run club app. But you cannot change the Nike run club complication on the extra Nike watch faces. The Nike edition is everything the normal version is + these extra Nike watch faces, which you are not forced to use, just extra.

So the Nike Run Club complication is ALWAYS on the Nike watch faces? You can't switch it off and replace it with a different complication?

No, but it is not a big problem, unless you have clumpsy fingers, it is kind part of the design. Also some of the Nike watch faces have quite a few other complication you can change.

Look at is this way, you are not paying extra for the Nike edition. You have everything from the standard model. You are not forced to use or have any of the Nike features installed (actually I am currently not). So unless you don't want a Nike band or want another color/material, there is no downside to a Nike model over standard.
