I’d appreciate it if gold series 7 owners post a picture their watch. I ordered a silver stainless steel one for launch day but my gold ss watch won’t arrive until November 2 which is past my 14day return window. I’m only going to keep one watch.

gold ss owners: how do you like the gold color? Is it more of a brassy color or too much yellow in it?

Have u owned previous models in gold ss? If so, is the gold ss a different color this year?

I ordered it this morning an half hour before my Apple Store opening. They got the model and the band I wanted, so no issues on my side.

So I just got mine. Disclaimer it’s my second stainless steel AW, but the first one in gold, so I can’t really compare with previous gens. It’s very similar to iPhone 12 Pro gold coating, probably a little bit lighter. So it’s yellowish but not kardashian yellow. From what I see so far I like it, it feels premium but not flashy

Honestly to me it doesn't feel overly yellow. Was expecting a bit more but in fairness I don't have any previous gold watches to compare it to.

Boy is it hard to get good photos of the colour. One of just the gold, and then a few next to my series 4 silver stainless.

Thanks for posting photos! I see it photographs as almost silver looking which is what I like. I don’t want a super yellow finish.

Just to be clear, your 14 days return window start from your delivery date and not your order date. You’ll have the usual two weeks to decide if you like the color or not

I just finished setting up my gold series 7.

I’ve had a stainless s0, space black stainless s4, and a gold stainless s4. The gold stainless s4 is the more “bronze” color. I love the stainless watches and the aluminum ones don’t do it for me.

when I first put on the gold s7, I was a bit underwhelmed. It’s definitely more mellow than the “old gold stainless color” but after an hour or so it grew on me. It’s pretty, not very yellow, and is still a bit flashy but it’s very tasteful. I’m pretty happy with it so far. I’m excited to dress it up with a leather band.

I wish this gold was like series 4. I think darker gold looks better.

Really like the look of this shade, never considered the gold before as I always think it looks best on dark/olive skin not on a pale white middle aged honky like me.
Kind of reminds me of my dad's old Pulsar from the 70s.

Does anybody have the gold with the modern buckle strap? I’m really interested in that strap but not sure how the silver lugs looks against the S7 gold. Would love some pictures and opinions. Thanks!

You have 14 days to notify Apple of your intention to return it and then they give you another 14 days to do the actual return. They email you a return label and this was the instruction on mine on 5 October. If you choose not to return it, then just don’t ship it.
