Series 8 HR sensor disable

On my Apple Watch SE 2020 there was a way to disable the heart rate monitoring. I cannot seem to find the option on my Series 8. Is there a way to disable it? I mainly have the watch for being able to get calls when I don't have my phone around, so I don't find the heart rate feature necessary. Is there any way to disable it?
 
It's in the Apple watch app on your phone, at the top of the "Privacy" section.

On my series 9, it's also on the watch in the "Privacy & Security" section, once there choose "Health" and it is the first selection there.
