In iOS 10, Apple did something wrong. First of all, don't tell me its only my phone and its the app developer that needs to fix it. Its not the developer's fault. Okay, so let me tell you whats the issue.
First, I have two iDevices, an iPad Air 2 and an iPhone 6S Plus, both running iOS 10.2 release and all stuff is up-to-date. I even did a reinstall before complaining.
The issue is that some apps are having stuttering when you scroll or swipe or do all of this together. It is happening when you do these things while your finger is on the screen. As soon as you release, it is smooth again.
Theres multiple devs having this kind of issue, like Supercell. Clash of Clans is affected too. You can reproduce it by logging in to the game, and if it wont start stuttering, go to defense log, scroll and dont release your finger! You can see the choppy and bad scrolling experience. If you release your finger, it will be smooth. Sometimes, if you double click home button and go back to game, it fixes the stuttering for a few seconds.
Now you might say that its the dev fault. No it isnt. I already contacted them regarding to this issue, they told me its an iOS bug. Believe it or no. All of this issue started with iOS 10.0.0. With 9.3.5 it was perfect.
The issue still persists even with iOS 10.2.
Why am I thinking too that its an iOS bug? Because Siri have the stuttering when scrolling bug too, after you do the necessary steps. Open up Siri by long clicking home button. Get to the "Sorry, I couldnt get that" part. There will be a "?" mark at the left bottom place. Click on it and scroll, dont forget - do not release your finger! Do it slowly, and then try faster too, you will see the stutter no matter how you do it. IF you release your finger, you can see the difference, it will be smooth.
So the game stutter - all of my iDevices after iOS 10 having it, even my classmates- all of them.

Not saying who's fault it is. But the beta is there for the developers to test their apps if something changes in iOS that affect their app.

The stuttering is definitely there on my i6s, too.
The thing is, not everyone is sensible to stutter. If you show it to someone else, he will probably tell you that it is alright when you're clearly seeing lag.
Btw this is not the only issue with iOS 10.0 and above. I noticed agressive memory management that's still persistant up to iOS 10.2. But most of iOS users didn't notice it.
I remember my 6s keeping up to 30 apps in memory on iOS 9 (not including games) but it got reduced to 10 as of iOS 10.x just try yourself going to the app switcher and going back 11 or 12 apps to see it reloading.
These apps need to have been already 'paused' for a while before reopening them though.

    You aren't alone

I am user of from iPhone 4, I am so glad to use this equipment even when my iPhone 5 needs to be replaced by power button problem, it speaks well of apple accountability

But now I am worried, my new iPhone 7 works perfectly until I updated to iOS 10.2. Form this is real nightmare

The home button stop to work currently, besides I reset and restore twice (more than 4 hours each one) using iTunes , works few hours and stop to work

Some advice to solve this issue one time at all?

If Microsoft can screw up Windows 10 update to interfere with DHCP then I guess anything is possible.

Oh, sounds like the WiFi / cellular is to blame to anyone else?

The home button did change with my 6S+ that I noticed taking screens it's and Touch ID.

Security updates from Apple tend to muck things up.

@patrickcoc Your post history suggests that you have installed the latest iOS beta on your devices. Could this be why your apps appear to be stuttering? You can't really blame Apple here if you are your apps are malfunctioning due to you running unsupported software.

As I said, this problem begins with iOS 10.0.0 - i did not install any beta till that. I started using betas since 10.1 to see if its going to be fixed - but it did not.

I've been having lots of app freezes requiring force stopping the app since 10.2, on top of all the stutters introduced with 10.0

Three different iOS devices. They all do it.

I expect that iOS 10 will be perfect by late summer though.

Then iOS 11 will come out, be a complete cluster, and the cycle will begin again.
