Serious issue with new Mbp's and Apple Tv

Ok so several of us are new Mbp owners and have a major conflict with our new Mbp and home sharing with our Apple tvs. Posting here hoping you fellow Mbp nuts might have a clue. Apple help desk is clueless and so are we. Here is the link to our thread.
