Serious memory leak issue with iOS10 beta 2

Anyone else having memory leak issues? Every so often I get an alert that I am out of memory and need to clear so space. Before I do it goes back to normal. It will even prevent photos to be taken when 2 seconds earlier I had a ton of free space. Then after a minute it goes back to normal..
