Hi have installed beta 2 from some days and i have SERIOUS issue:
- 20% of game like CAISSA CHESS and other doesn't works;
- 70% of game work fine for 20 seconds, then crash and return to home (Wolfnstein, 7 Cities, Zen pinball inferno and others);
- 10% works fine.

I have before of that beta 1 and all game went fine but slower.

Someone else same problem?

WHY...would you expect anything but???

It is Beta number one, number 2 the devs have not nor should be expected to update their apps until it is close to the final beta otherwise they do extra repetitive work. Send the Dev the crash report and HELP them fix it instead of whining about something that is expected.

If you're like me (and apparently him) we have lots of games on our phones and that's what we basically use the device for... so if they don't work, well then you have a paper weight that makes calls, like a razr

Well, it wont be a paperweight on 2.2.1 or when the OFFICIAL 3.0 comes out. If the fact that you had to pay a developer fee didn't make you aware that this is a beta, well here you are.

Why would you have 3.0 BETA if your main use for the phone is to play games? Isn't 3.0 BETA supposed to be for developers?

Probably because a developer would still play with his device if possible?

But a developer would 100% understand what 3.0 has changed, realise that many things will not work and accept that fact and risk and not post "ZOMG!!! 3.0 sux" type threads

Or, the 99% more likely scenario that you are not a developer, found some BS means of getting on 3.0b2, and suddenly its not working out for you.

Too bad. I'm really getting sick of this. People expect betas that aren't not even offered to them to work like a public release. They create threads about their SERIOUS problem, which is nothing but the inherent nature of the beta.

Someone PLEASE LOCK THIS THREAD before the title wastes anyone else's time today. Thank you.

Sure I get that, I'm a developer, I play games on my iPhone but playing games is certainly not the main use I get out of my phone. I downloaded 3.0 because I wanted to develop apps for it which is why the BETA was made available for developers only. If I wanted only to play games I would have stayed with 2.2.1 and waited for the full release of 3.0 like the rest of the iPhone population.

dude it's a beta, and not meant for regular use. U need to be using a phone running 2.2 for gaming and regular activities. Did u really think that the beta would be fully fubtional at this point in it's development?
