it really depends how much software is running in the background. I'll post mine Tuesday with the 256 ssd + 24gb ram.

Checking out the figures on this web site it would appear the biggest performance gain is M380 -> M390. There are further, but marginal, gains from M390 -> M395 -> M395X.
