We are a school and we use a program called Renweb at our school. We are supposed to be able to email parents and receive email from parents through this program.
When I called they said it was a firewall, or spam filter, or something like that on our email server but I have no idea how to check it or to allow emails from them to come through. I use workgroup manager and server admin to manage the server. Any help would be appreciated.
