Server won't boot after Safari 5.0.3 update.

I can get the system to boot onto the install media, but I can't get disk utility to run on the hard drive. I cant even get the system to boot from my Diskwarrior disc. And I cant get into safe boot.
When booting into verbose mode. The system hangs at "kern.maxprocperuid: 266 -> 2400"
Any suggestions?

I ended up wiping and restoring it from a time machine backup. Not really a solution to the problem, but it's back up and running now.
