Servers Alias?

What is this alias for in my Network browsing?

Inside it's just my computer name.local. I've never seen anything less in there.

I believe it is for servers on your network that are found through Bonour/Rendezvous.

But shouldn't those show up under My Networks?

Well, it seems logic was left behind when Apple designed this feature. I could never get it to work consistently within a hybrid network. Sometimes things work, sometimes they don't. If Apple were able to get better results on OS X within a hybrid network, that would definitely help in gaining marketshare.
