Service Battery??? HELP!

I turned on my computer and the icon of the battery was full and it was red. But it says service battery, is my macbook pro going to be ok? I can't afford to buy a new one >_<

What year and model Mac do you have? Use iStat Pro to get accurate readings of your battery, including cycles and health.
