I have a macbook air 2017 that has developed a battery problem. It looses power from 60% and down on random. The computer is out of warranty. The battery indicator is service and it reports 400 cycles. Have tried the different solutions to solve it, but none have worked.
Should I replace the battery? I can do it myself, if I know what to order, preferably in EU.

Here's the US part - perhaps it'd help you locate an EU counterpart.

That said, be worth checking the price for Apple to do the repair. It's $129 in the US - compared to buying the battery for $85. For some folks the added money is worth the peace of mind.

I'd strongly suggest staying with the Apple battery. They have a warranty and are a known quantity so are less likely to have swelling and shortened battery life than an off-brand one.
