Nope. It'll leave the urgent flag turned off, and call the reminder "Urgent". Typical Siri.

This isn’t working for me on 26.2, I have no Urgent option even though I’ve enabled alarms in settings. Any ideas?

Mine's working fine. I also see your details page doesn't show the name of the reminder.

Looking forward to the new features in iOS 26.2.

Focus modes are a confusing mess. The most unlike-Apple feature ever created.

And now these new features arrive that completely overwrite them.

I also wish there was at least an option for this. I love the feature but I need it to not make any sound in certain circustances

Prompted by this, I did another test (iOS 26.3 latest beta).

Siri ignored the word "urgent" completely, despite hearing it (I have transcript for my Siri requests turned on*). So, no "urgent" text in the reminder name, and the urgent toggle left off.

* I like to check how stupid Siri is every now and again for personal entertainment.
