Set ’do not disturb’ as default focus mode?

Hi,

When I was using iOS15 and activated focus mode in control center, ’do not disturb’ was the default. In iOS16 ’sleep’ is the default, is it possible to change?

I don't have a sleep focus set up and mine defaults to Do Not Disturb.

Ok. Somehow I got sleep mode set up when I updated to iOS16, guess I just have to disable it Thanks!

Great quality. There’s a setup to customize the spatial audio my the shake if your ear. Total garbage. I canceled out of it as it wasn’t worth the effort.

Go to settings/notifications then scroll all the way to the bottom.
