Set fixed velocity for MIDI input

Hi

I have an only K61 MIDI controller, with now old and no longer running software for the Mac. The controller has dynamic velocity - this could be changed or turned off with the Korg software, back in the days.

Is there a way to set a fixed velocity for the MIDI input either in the system or in Garageband?

Thanks for this. I love Rogue Amoeba! But I don't want to route / manipulate audio, but rather the MIDI signal which I think Loopback does not handle...

Well, you could hand edit the MIDI regions (I think GarageBand allows for velocity editing, I'd be surprised if it doesn't). That's quite tedious though.
