Set Netflix video quality?

How to set the Netflix video quality when using the iOS app on ny iPad Pro (2018)

I already altered the global streamings settings in my browser (under Netflix account settings) however, according to several videos and articles there should be a streaming quality setting inside the app itself.

So far, I have only been able to find a download quality setting...

I have the most expensive plan and set the highest setting under my Netflix account, however assumed there would be seperate settings inside the app.
