HomeKit Set new iPhone for "leaving home" feature

Hey there,
I got a new iPhone, I want to use to let HomeKit Decide If I'm at home or not.
How can I remove the old one and setup the new iPhone to be considered by HomeKit

On the new phone, here's a general checklist:

Settings > Privacy > Location Services > On
Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services > Homekit > On
Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services > Find My iPhone > On
Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services > Significant Locations
Settings > {name/photo} > iCloud > Siri > On
Settings > {name/photo} > Find My > My Location > This Device
Settings > {name/photo} > Find My > My Location > Share My Location > On
Settings > {name/photo} > Delete Old Phone from list of devices if it's still on the list

For HomeKit hubs:
Home App > Home Settings > Location Services > On
Each AppleTV > Settings > Location Services > On
