iPod Set New iPod nano screen to never sleep

Can't be done at this time. I'm hoping Apple does a future update to allow users to change the time before the screen goes off.
 
Perhaps it's a battery life thing ... ? - I'd love to have the watch screen turned on all the time at minimal brightness though ...
