Set Safari homepage on iPad 3...help

Since iGoogle went belly up, my wife has decided that ighome could be a good homepage for her. I have no clue how to set it as a homepage on her iPad3; MBP I can do, not iPad3.

iPad Safari doesn't have homepage function. Best you can do is create a bookmark in "favorites."
