Set up as new phone help

I've just got my new iPhone and wanted to set it up as a new phone. When I was given this option I ticked 'set up as new phone' but when I clicked continue it changed to 'back up'. Is there anyway I can go back in the process to try to set it up as a new phone again ?

You can setup your phone as new any time. Just go back and do it again. However, I think you’re getting confused when the phones was “backed up” after you chose setup as new.

Thanks. I just clicked to restore the phone and its now telling me its going to take 4 hours to do. Can I come out of this now and do it a different way - thanks again for your help aggie
