Setting defaults

Hey there. I am running Neo Office in place of Microsoft, but whenever I open a document, textedit is the default program of choice. Likewise, instead of iTunes opening to play my MPEG-4 files, Quicktime player springs to action.

How do I set program defaults so that I can use the programs I want to use instead of the original ones?

Get Info on a file of the type you want to open with a particular app, and choose the preferred application there.
