Setting Timezone

Ok, i feel like an idiot. My fiance's watch is showing PST time when we are CST. The iPhone it's paired with is showing the correct timezone. How do you set the timezone on the watch?
 
Not sure. When it paired with my phone it automatically set everything. Maybe try a reset, or unpairing it and re-pairing it. This may be the time to set up a personal setup appointment online.
