Setting up a .WAV as an alarm?

I copied a .WAV into iTunes on my Mac and now I want to synch it to my iPhone to use as an alarm. I'm trying to figure out how to get it into the Tones section of iTunes, do I need to do this OR is there another way to do this?

I did that for a few custom ringtones I wanted. It is a lot of work. Started looking on App Store by musician and got what I wanted.
