Good afternoon! We lost an employee last year and we're phasing out her email address - It's been recommended I set up an autoforward. I've never done this on a Mac. Can someone tell me where to start? Thanks!

Do you use OS X server? It's very easy to do through that.

Otherwise, go to Mail > Preferences > Rules, and you can see that you have a wealth of options (such as attached)

You usually set this up on the email server provider (web host) side, not on the client side (Mac).
