    Hi.

I want to set up an eGPU on a 2012 Mavericks 10,9,5 Mac Mini, and I want to know what the best solution is when it comes to compatibility etc.

I think something like an Akito thunder2 PCI-e box.

But what GPU would be have the best support for Mavericks and the Mac Mini, and what kind of power solution would go best and most flush with the Thunderbox?

    Thank you very much.

it would help if you lay out your intended use case and the setup you see this in. if you want more info on compatible cards and compatibility in general, have a look at the Mac Pro forums and this site.

I just want good graphics performance. Gaming and video. Idealy a low power midrange card would be good.
