Setting up Cyberduck with Roadrunner - not connecting

I created a website in iweb and am trying to upload it to Roadrunner using Cyberduck v3.0.3, which I just downloaded. I already created the account with Roadrunner, and I'm pretty sure that the server, username & passwords are all correct. But when I try connect, it says "opening ftp connection..." but never connects, and says "network Error: Connection failed. Operation timed out."

I've checked the Roadrunner help, the Cyberduck help and spent about 3 hours already searching forums looking for similar problems, but I haven't been successful. Can someone assist this newbie?

Could be a network issue. Make sure the Mac firewall is letting Cyberduck transmissions through your network. You can also try turning the firewall off to see if it makes a difference. If that doesn't help, let us know some more info like what version of OSX you're using, whether you're trying to connect via FTP or SFTP, and if you can access the account from other computers.

Under More Options -> Connect Mode in Cyberduck try selecting 'Passive'. Sometimes that fixes random FTP connection issues when I have them.
