Which email service are you trying to set up? Gmail, yahoo or something like hotmail?

Microsoft Outlook (University Email). Is Outlook POP3? And How do I find the incoming mail server address? There is no options or properties toolbar in my univ. email.

I don't get what you're saying, Outlook is an email client, not a email service provider. And for your incoming server issues, just go to Mail > Preferences > Accounts and click the + sign on the bottom left corner. Then just follow the instructions on the setup and you're done.

Most Universities use either a Sun (or other UNIX) email system or Exchange.

If it is the former, your best bet is to have your email forwarded to a GMail account and set that up on the iPhone. If it is the latter, then it is easy to setup exchange on the iPhone. You sould contact your IT department for details.
