setting up MP quad 3.0 for FCP

    so my MP will be here in the morning and I need to set it up for the best performance for FCP! I will have 2 23in acd's and 8 gigs of ram. my ati x1900 won't be in until wed. Any suggestions to push the performance to the max???:D
