Setting up static IP in Parallels

Hey everyone. My hat off to anyone who can solve this problem...

I'm running Parallels on my Mac, and am trying to set up a static IP for it. It shows the current IP is 10.211.55.1, when I want it to be 192.168.15.158, like the other computers in my network.

When I change it, the internet stops working in Parallels.

So, how can I go about changing the 10.211.xxxxx to 192.168.xxxxx?
