I've searched and searched, and can't find an answer to this. I've read the Mac Rumors Guide but it just kind of skips over the part about being behind a router.

Everywhere says to set up DynDNS, but it doesn't say what to do with it. After I set up a DynDNS account, what do I do?

I am out of town a LOT and would like to be able to access my MacPro from my MBP. I can do it fine from my internal network, but when I go on the road, I have no luck. The Mac Pro is behind a router, so what steps should I take?
