Question regarding what's turned on in iCloud for the iPad (I have a mini 4.) On my iPad it keeps showing that the "health" app is one of the apps that is using iCloud on the iPad HOWEVER there is no health app on the iPad and no selection under iCloud to turn it off or on (like there is on the iPhone.)

Any ideas on why my pad tells me that "health" is being used with iCloud when it's not? I don't have it turned on, on my iPhone either.

Thanks

Maybe it was turned on at some point even though you are not using it now. It may be residual data in iCloud.

Nope, I've never had it on on my iPhone and never used the app period. Health app is not available on the iPad and there is no option to untick it in iCloud settings, it doesn't exist.

I'm seeing health data when I look at iCloud storage and I've never used it as far as I can remember. Is it under storage that you are looking at?

What I'm saying is there is no option to enable/disable "health" on the iPad under iCloud...the app does not exist for the iPad, it's only for the iPhone, Apple watch, etc, so why does it show I'm using the health app on my iPad when it's not even available for it. I'll have to take screenies later, it doesn't seem like my point is coming across here.

If you go to settings/accounts & passwords, if you look at iCloud, directly underneath it in smaller front size is shows you what you are using under iCloud (for example Calendar, contacts, messages, notes) etc...on my phone it does not show the health app (because I have it turned off for iCloud...I don't use it.

When I view the same setting on my iPad, it shows that I'm using the health app when I'm not...this is what I'm asking about. Here are screenies, first left pic is from iPhone, right is from iPad. I've cropped the photos because it was showing personal E-Mail accounts wish I don't want to publish on the net.

Ok. Thanks for the screen shot. This is different from what I was thinking. I don't know why that is showing up like that. I agree with you that you would think it would not show up there.

Yea it's strange, I'm going to call Apple this week and ask about it, things like this puzzle me and I need answers lol

Curious, do you have an iPad where you can look and see if you see the same thing?

Thanks for checking, I'll def have to give Apple a ring and ask about it. I don't understand how something can be showing when it's not even available for the device.
