In iOS how do you pull up the hidden setting from the bottom?

Do you mean Control Centre? It should appear if you swipe up from the bezel.

Also if you're trying to bring it up from within an app, make sure you don't have that option turned off.

Settings > Control Center
Gives you two options. Access On Lock Screen and Access Within Apps

I appreciate the response, however it's still not pulling up...gonna try & reset.

It's working properly now...needed to reset my phone.
