settings - icloud greyed out

I've set up icloud on my phone, but I cannot access the icloud button under settings as it is greyed out. The new twitter button is also greyed out, but I do not use or have not set up twitter. Any ideas?

I had the exact same thing. Solution for me was to disable restrictions - I had disabled changing any account info. Let us know if that does the trick 🙂
