Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Reminders (and everything else) grayed out.

Where did you take this screen shot? Searched the phone watch app and watch settings and couldn't find it.

Series 5 on the latest OS. You can find the setting by using the chain in the title of this thread.

Greyed out on mine, also using "mirror".

So, guess need to turn on precise via phone. And guess that is why not getting notifications (I don't use location-based Reminders). Seen with other apps (eg. mobile ordering) where I can be parked in front of a business and the app does not recognize I'm there due to precise being off (guess might be setting a block or two over? Same zip-code?).
