Setup new MBP with TM backup that includes Bootcamp Win7?

My MBA was stolen thursday night. At least I had it backed up last weekend. So I got a MBP today. How do I setup with the Bootcamp partition and win7 install? Do I create a bootcamp partition first? The hard drives are not the same size.
