Setup two apple id's on imessage

Hello,
I am a proud owner of an ipad, iPhone, and Mac, and I have my personal apple Id Properly set up, I only have one problem, tomorrow I'm going to have a new iPhone at work, and for security policies I'll be forced to use my working account, therefore since I don't want to be carrying two iPhone, I want to setup my personal iMessage account on my iPhone and have to accounts. Is it possible?

You'd have to log in and out. Maybe they'll let you use a third party app?
