Setup unattended access with Screen Share

Is it possible to setup unattended access to my machine at home via screen share? How it is right now, I need to be on the remote machine to accept the request. I want to be able to auto connect to my personal machine, without having to accept it on the remote machine.

Remote Management, (system Preferences >>Sharing) has option to "Allow anyone to control the screen" under "Computer Settings", but you need to be using Apple's Remote Desktop for this.
