Didn't Apple last year let you set up your pre-order finacning before pre-order date?

I am wondering the same. It allows me to select the phone, color, storage, and service but no option to pre select for us on the 1UP program

If memory serves, the “get ready for preorder” option became available around 7 or 8 p.m. eastern time last year.
