Interesting. Ordered a BTO M1 MacBook Air on Sunday the 29th, received it this past Tuesday the 7th. 9 days - I thought that was pretty good considering it wasn't a standard config that they always have on hand.

Today the same configuration says delivery Sept 24-28, or 14-18 days. Glad I got the order in when I did!

You have no clue what you talk about, since I got M1 I can't imagine ever going back to x86, this is just not possible. I'll buy private M1X (if it also be fanless) or will wait for M2.

“Intel will beat next year” how many years have we been hearing Intel will beat processor X and not done it? They can’t even beat Ryzen, what makes anyone objectively with any sort of evidence think they will beat M1 let alone M2 with any level of consistency? Note I haven’t even brought up the lack of power efficiency in Intel processors.

I can donate the M1 from my 2021 12.9 ipad as no software is currently utilizing it.

Unless you broke it, all the software on your M1 iPad should be running natively on the Apple Silicon.

All the iOS/iPadOS software I've installed on my M1 Mac is running natively on my M1.

Certain products are getting refreshed. For others, the shipping time would reduce after the launch of iPhone
