So the new automated reservation system put in place by Apple to help streamline the iPhone 6/6 Plus launch went down roughly 5 people away from me and has been down for over 2 hours. The store opens in 30 minutes too. They haven't even switched back to the card system from years before. They are just standing around waiting for it to be fixed.
