SGP iPhone 4 Case Neo Hybrid Matte series?

    I've read some good reviews about these products. The ones that come to mind are the small ear phone & dock port for aftermarket accessories.

    My question is about how the volume buttons for this case? Can someone compare them to the Apple bumper which I believe worked quite well and fell perfect, do they compare?

    Any other comments?

    The volume buttons are pretty responsive, of course the apple bumper has one of the nicest buttons on a case but overall this case is a nice case, very slim and looks good with some decent protection.

    I honestly love this case but after 2 months or so, the back of the case started to sag making it very easy for dirt/dust to get into the back of the case through the camera cutout. I just now ordered myself the EX and one of SGP's Skin Guards. Other than that, the case was just lovely and the volume buttons are very responsive but after time, the silver paint wears off just leaving black stubs.

    That's good to hear about the buttons. However not so good about the silver paint wearing off. I believe they have a Lifetime Guarantee, if I read their site correctly. Although I'd rather not deal with sending back in a case every 2 months of use.

    What have you done in regards to your paint finish and SGP?

    I have heard of the paint wearing off as well but it has not happened to me, slightly wore off but barely noticeable. Overall an awesome case IMO. And not to sure about the warranty.

    I contacted them about the paint wearing off and this was their reply.

    We offer our lifetime warranty only if its manufacture's defect.

    In our policy, it is stated that:
    Replacement Warranty

    We are responsible for our product conditions. Please let us know if you
    have received any defected item by contacting us at

    We offer Lifetime Warranty against manufacture defects.
    This policy is only valid for naturally defected item as that counts as a
    production error.
    Defection caused by anyother accidents, including failure of installation,
    carelessness by the user, or defection caused by owner's usage, can not be
    applied for this warranty.
    For the product that comes as a package, we only replace the defected item
    from the package, and this replacement will be good for one time.
    There are some requirements for the replacement:
    -Close-up photo of defected item, defected area
    -Full name used on purchase
    -Order # with full name of the product purchased
    -Shipping Address
    Warranty Process could take up to 6 ~ 8 weeks after item was received to
