SGP vs. PS?

I'm torn between these two front screen protectors.
I want clear, not matte.
I've heard good things about both but how do they compare against each other?:confused:

I've heard PS is clearer than SGP.
 
Well this is pretty easy if you need one RIGHT now.

The sgp is available now, the PS are not available until the end of the month.

I got an SGP just because its available now. Its doing the job but mine had some issues with not sticking around the home button and ear phone.

Ive already notified them about getting a replacement.

But once the PS comes out, I will be going with them.

Also SGP customer service is not the best, they take forever to respond to emails, and they dont list a number where they can be reached.
 
I have had 4 PS films, 1 Incipio and now the SGP crystal.

All are good. The Incipio is 1/2 the cost and works well.
I have had 3 PS go on perfect, 1 not so good
My SGP went on perfect.

One of the keys is prep:
clean surface
alcohol swab surface
painters tape surface to pull off any dust
do not touch film
take your time

ahhhh. i wanna get the bamboo case from grove so badly, but they said there is .005" space for protectors. and i dont wanna get the wrong size :(:confused:
 
Trust me. I've been a PS fan since the beginning. I've ordered the SGP STEINHEIL ULTRA OLEOPHOBIC (2 sets) and honestly, this is by far the best product I've seen to date. I've just purchased the third set, which makes it a total of 6 protectors. I figure, I've installed one on my phone now. One on my wife's phone and 4 as backup's.

People cannot notice that the screen protector is on the case.
PS: I've ordered 4 others as i have a lint inside the protector. Super small but its there. I know myself ! One day I'll rip it out and move on to the next. Can't wait for them to arrive.

being that you're so picky about the little things i've heard that the sgp's never really set around the home button nor the speaker.. have you had problems with this specific line.. maybe it only happens with the CRYSTAL ones..
 
PowerSupport has always been my first choice for screen protectors as well, but SGP has my money from now on. I was pretty impressed with everything that came in the package especially for the price.
 
Not to seem like an idiot, but what company is PS? I couldn't find them by a quick google search, and I don't really know many case companies... I'm in the market for a case for my iPhone 4, so I want to know all the best options...

PowerSupport USA :D They don't have their films out yet though. They are taking pre-orders only right now.
 
Currently have SGP, but I do feel that PS has slightly better clarity. I will be switching when it's available.

But for the record, I have had no issues with the shield not sticking to the home button/speaker.
 
Which is better with dust/dirt not permanently sticking to it? I have Zagg IS and it is terrible. A bunch of permanently stuck dust/dirt on it. I hate it. Are they all like this?
 
I ordered the SGP EX ultra which is been shipped so I'll give my 2 cents once I install it. I do plan also on ordering the PS once is available.

Hard shields like SGP crystal & PS will be much better for not getting dirt stuck since they have no adhesive.

Im one of the people with the button/ear phone issue.
Other than that, the film is awesome.
Im waiting for a response from sgp to exchange them.
But I am waiting for the PS films to become available. I will use that one once it is out.
 
I've always used PowerSupport since the first iPhone and experienced zero issues. Both glossy and anti-glare films work great. The quality is high and the fit is perfect. I did order from SGP a while back but canceled after they messed around with sending out my order. I just ordered a pair of cheap front/back films off of eBay. They are junk but will do the trick until PS releases their set.
 
How clear is the front screen film you installed. I also ordered a full body clear-coat which is been deliver.
