Shall I wait for 2016 MBP before buying mStand?

Hello, I am considering to buy a mStand for my MBP 2010 17". When the 2016 MBP/MacBook Air/MacBook come out, I will buy one of them. I don't know if there will be a major redesign. How likely will the mStand be compatible with the upcoming Mac laptops?

The mStand is extremely generic, so any changes to the MBP will not affect its ability.

Thanks. So, it is unlikely that something like the SP4 will be released by Apple in the near future?

Is the mStand still the best stand for Mac laptops? Would you recommend the mStand 360 over mStand? The added cost does not seem to justify for the twisting. I can twist the mStand on the desk as well.

I own an mStand - we only use it to store our MacBook.

Thanks. From the news about the release of new laptops in October, it looks like there will be no Apple version of Surface Pro.
